  • Value Chain
  • TALC
  • Market Type
  • Segmentation

The most important thing for you to focus on in this module is to get a very good idea of your market. You’ll use a number of techniques to confirm the Market Type, the Value Chain, and Segmentation approach that you’ll take, as well as get a good understanding of the Technology Adoption Life Cycle to determine where your customers sit along this continuum.
