I consent to the:

• access from outside of Canada

by New Ventures BC (NVBC), and Innovate BC of the following personal information:

• name
• address (if personal and business are the same)
• phone number (if personal and business are the same)

for the purpose(s) of establishing an account on the Venture Learning Platform (through Thinkific) and providing access to learning materials, contractors of NVBC, and tracking data on learning platform.

2. This personal information will be disclosed to/stored by/accessed by:

• Thinkific
• New Ventures BC
• Innovate BC 
• BCcampus

in/from the following jurisdiction(s): British Columbia, and the United States of America (cloud-based storage and system servers)

3. This consent is valid from the date signed until such time as my account has been inactive for a minimum of 12 months.

My use of this website and the courses herein signifies my consent to use, store, disclose and access the above agreed upon information.
